Dr. Ryan Allen
Dr. Allen spent most of his upbringing and his education in Northern Utah. After graduating high school, he performed a two-year service mission for his church in Brazil. After earning his bachelor’s degree from Weber State University, Dr. Allen and his wife relocated to New York City, and he enrolled in the NYU College of Dentistry. Dr. Allen joined the US Army as a captain after completing dental school, where he served for four years.
Dr. Allen completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program while serving in the Army, allowing him to consult with experts in almost every area of dentistry. He served the Army in various roles and received numerous honors, such as the Army Achievement Medal and the Army Commendation Medal.
To keep up with the cutting edge of dentistry, he actively seeks opportunities for continuing education. Dr. Allen received his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2018, an honor that only 6% of general dentists ever attain.
Dr. Allen, his wife Katie, and their four boys have enjoyed living in New York, Oklahoma, and Colorado, but they love being back in Utah.
